Spanning seven square miles along the District of Columbia's southern coastline,
the Anacostia Waterfront is an instrumental part of DC's Anacostia Waterfront Initiative.
Development is expected to add more than 10,000 residential units and 4 million SF of office and
retail space, as well as scenic parks, waterfront promenades and water taxi transportation to the area.
By 2017, more than $13 Billion will be invested in this vibrant urban waterfront destination.
